What:
Ability to create / customize a funnel analysis report by configuring the specific steps based on profile metrics, so that a report can be generated to analyze the customer’s behavior through each step in the funnel.
Why:
Brands would like to have enhanced Funnel Analysis reporting to allow marketers to track their customer’s journey on how they progress sequentially through a series of steps. Users should be able to create a funnel analysis from scratch by selecting a conversion metric for each step in the funnel. The funnel analysis report that is generated should show the metrics for the number and percentage of profiles that made it to each subsequent step. This will help brands understand the customer journey through a series of steps, so they can better identify how successful their customers are in completing the desired conversion and where their profiles might get stuck in the process, so they can potentially introduce optimizations to improve where customers are dropping off.
