What:

Ability to view and manage new SMS Conversations in a centralized inbox.


  • Manage Conversations within Inbox / Archive lists


  • Chat window contains message thread


  • Reply to customer from the message composer

Why:

Brands are looking for a way to better manage the conversations and to only focus on the current conversations with their customers.  The inbox view will automatically display all unread customer messages and will keep the conversation in the inbox until the user archives the conversation when finished.
