SMS Conversations feature that utilizes AI to classify customer text messages and automatically display response suggestions in the message composer as reply options to customer messages.
Most Recent Agent Response is displayed for associated Intent
Most Frequent Agent Response is displayed for associated Intent
Why:
This feature can be used to help agents provide a faster and more accurate response to their customers. Suggested Responses will automatically display a prior agent’s response for a known customer question and allow the customers to receive standardized messaging from the brand.
