AI powered suggestions based on Quick Responses
What:
Ability to have a brand’s pre-written Quick Responses be displayed as an AI powered Suggestion, so the agents can utilize it to respond to a customer’s commonly asked questions in SMS Conversations.
Pre-populate a list of standardized Quick Responses that are associated with a particular AI intent.
The Quick Response will be displayed as a Suggestion based on the AI classification of the customer’s message
Why:
Brands would be able to configure a response for a set of pre-populated Quick Responses that will be associated with a known customer inquiry, so that they can be used for manually responding to customer or be displayed as a Suggested Response for common customer messages.
