Home & SMS Conversations for Ecommerce marketing platform
As a Senior Product Manger, I was responsible for the vision and roadmap for features within our Home page and Conversations applications. The Home page of Klaviyo allowed marketers to view their performance from their recent marketing efforts and provide them with AI powered anomaly detection and insights, so they can to fix issues and optimize their strategies. The Conversations app allowed marketers to manage a inbox of their customers that responded to SMS marketing text messages, so that their customers can get their questions answered and build brand loyalty.
Responsibilities:
● Product manager for team of +7 Engineering and Design resources to build features for enterprise grade Ecommerce marketing platform
● Re-architected Klaviyo’s Home page that focused on performance of recent marketing efforts, system health overview and guided setup
● Implemented anomaly detection to alert users when there are issues that arise with a brand’s marketing automations
● Implemented insights to help marketers breakdown their performance review and provide strategies to optimize their marketing efforts
● Scoped and developed a seamless and secure payment solution for SMS text messaging utilizing Shop Pay (Shopify) wallet
● Built ‘Conversations’ inbox to manage all responses by customers to a brand’s SMS marketing messages
● Integrated SMS Conversations with Zendesk & Gorgias CX helpdesk apps
