Responsibilities:
● Responsible for custom client implementation projects outside of our standard hospitality guest services platform that included requirement gathering and project mgmt
● Managed development effort of client iOS / Android native applications, converting native Apps to uniform web based Cordova builds and App Store release management
● Lead client integration projects for our hospitality platform to utilize mobile key, tv remote, online check-in/out, POS, Property Management System and payment features
● Implemented Salesforce processes to convert leads to won opportunities, track implementation deployments to account management and customer success campaign
● Account managed Radisson and Club Quarters hotel brands initiatives to resolve issues and increase guest activation for apps reaching over 1M monthly impressions
