● Managed development team of +10 to launch an event management CRM application and provided continuous iterations based on customer feedback
● Created feature designs and wrote requirement specification tickets to manage workload of +150 changes per monthly release cycle to improve user experience
● Coordinated migration to transfer account data from legacy to new application for Job, Contact, Events, Proposal, Contracts, Invoices and Payments records
● Designed iOS / Android mockups, managed features, bug fixes and releases to App Stores that included projects for mobile CRM / Augmented Reality sales App
