AI text message bot for hospitality
As Head of Product, I built a AI powered chat bot for hotels that would engage guests with upcoming reservations and automate common questions that might arise during the guest's reservation, so that hotel staff could delivery exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
● Managed team of +10 resources which included Product, Data Science, UX, QA and Development team to build an AI powered B2C communication platform for hospitality clients
● Scoped features for App-free omni-channel messaging platform, that utilized SMS, WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Webchat bot and Alexa / Google Assistant communication channels
● Built AI voice integrations with Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa & Dialogflow telephony partnerships for users to communicate with agents and provide on-screen responses
● Engineered AI model for Hospitality powered by Dialogflow based on a custom taxonomy of intents and entities to classify guest messages and provide suggested and automated responses
● Coordinated client integration projects with various vendor Property Mgmt Systems, Ticket Mgmt Systems, payment gateways, chatbots, SSO, call center and TicketMaster
● Implemented end to end Sign Up process which consisted of Marketing drip campaigns to leads, converting to accounts and closing opportunities to start billing upon sign up
